As of now, only online registrations facility is available.
For bulk registrations (10 or above) by schools, colleges, cancer foundations etc., please email your request along with a valid phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only participants aged 16 or over are eligible to participate. However, participants below the age of 16 can participate with special approvals of parents/guardian.
ID proof like copy of passport, drivers license, with clear visible photo are a must for completing your registration.
All registrations will be confirmed only after full payment is received. An email confirming the registration after successful payment has been made, will be sent to participants.
Your race category cannot be changed once payment has been made. No requests will be entertained, on or before the race for the same.
All participants are requested to collect their Bibs on the designated days and dates. An email will be sent regarding the bib collection dates to all registered participants and the information will also be updated on the website.
All participants are responsible for their own health & well being during the race. Race management, will not be responsible for any injury, or illness caused during, or as a result of the race.
Aid Stations will be placed throughout the route. However, participants are requested to carry their medicines to ensure their personal safety & well-being.
All participants are expected to report at 5:30am. Latecomers may not be allowed to run in the race.
Details of BIB Collection Centers will be sent via email to all registered participants 4-5 days prior to the event. Remember you should have completed your payment process in order to receive the BIB. The same information will also be published on the website.
All participants must collect their BIB before the event date, by presenting a valid proof of registration, payment and ID proof. In case a participant is unable to collect his/her BIB personally, a representative may collect it on their behalf after presenting a valid proof of such participant's registration, payment, representative's ID, and an authorization letter from the participant.
BIBS will not be distributed on Race Day.
Start and Finish
Start and finish points of both 5K and 10K races are defined. All participants are required to cross the finish line before the cut-off time in order to complete the race. Failure to cross the finish line will result in your race status as DNF.
Cut off Time
5K: Cut off time for this segment is 1 hr. No RFID chip is used. Timing will be noted based on Overhead Clock on the finish line.
10K: Cut off time for 10K Run is 1hr. 30 Mins. This timing is measured with state-of-the-art RFID chip.
NO EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS OR DIVICES USED BY PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ADMITTED AS EVIDENCE OF TIMING.
Race Directors and Marshalls
Race Marshalls will be posted all across the race route. All participants are required to follow their instructions at all times. Failure to do so will result in disqualification or heavy penalties or both, depending on the nature of unruly conduct. Please note that no refunds will be processed in such a scenario to any participant found in violation. The decision of the Race Marshalls will be final and binding on all.
Prohibition on External Help
Use of external help during the race is strictly prohibited. Taking help of vehicles or family members or friends during the race will tantamount to cheating and result in immediate disqualification.
No refunds will be entertained once a participant has registered and made the payment. If the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee paid by participants will be refunded, within reasonable time.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in the spirit of sportsmanship towards organizers and with each other. Unruly participants will be immediately disqualified without any refunds and will be immediately escorted out of the race.
Certificates will be available online only. The certificates will carry your timings and will be made available within 7 days of event completion after proper verification of timing chips.
Medals will only be given to 10K participants.

Rules and Regulations of the event are subject to change at anytime without notice. It is therefore a participant's responsibility to visit this page regularly to ensure that they are up-to-date with every rule and regulation inscribed on this website for the purpose of this event.
Every competitor relinquishes their claim to photographic copyright during the event, and he/she relinquishes any recourse against the organizer and against his approved Partners for the use of their image. Only the organizers can pass on these rights for the image in any media, via an accreditation or an adapted license.
I am voluntarily participating in Run to Addlife, with complete knowledge of the risk(s) involved in participating in such an event. I further state that I agree to undertake the responsibility of any risk(s) or injury/injuries arising out of my participation in this event. I declare that I have independently consulted my physician and that I am physically fit, and certified by my physician to participate in this event. I grant my unconditional permission to the organizers and/or their authorized agency/agencies, to use any of my photographs, video footage, voice clippings, etc. for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, social media promotions, publicity, etc. I understand the nature of this waiver and that by signing it I am voluntarily absolving and holding harmless, the organizers and all parties involved in the event, from any action from myself, or my assignees, heirs and legal representatives.
